The sign and seal of the new creation

Adam belongs to the world that is, Christ to the world to come. Once Jesus burst from the tomb, the age to come dawned, and the new creation commenced. Easter Sunday is the birthday of the new world. The empty tomb is the sign and seal of the new creation.
