What is theology?

Theology is our talk concerning God on the ground of faith, which arises from being encountered by the living Lord who enfolds us into the Father-Son relationship. It is a form of knowing that arises from believing experience from the inside, from within the experience of being encountered by the living Jesus who unites us to himself and allows us to share in his own communion with the Father, in the unity of the Holy Spirit.
