A prayer for Gospel power
Our Father in heaven, please show me the difference between real faith and a demanding presumptive faith — so I can put my trust in Christ alone. I am so easily blinded by wanting to look good to myself and to others. May the gospel of the Cross and the resurrection of Christ be a continuing power in my life. Amen.
